Scottish environmental zones with delay

A temporary halt to the introduction of low emission zones in four Scottish cities due to the pandemic will be used to assess the impact of the zones on local carriers. The projects that were due to be implemented in the three cities of Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen later this year, alongside the existing low emission zones in Glasgow, have been temporarily put on hold, according to Scotland's Minister for Transport Michael Matheson.

It remains completely open for the time being when the implementation will be pushed forward again and the environmental zones activated.
