Are you threatened with driving bans in Heilbronn?
If the limit value for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is again not met in Heilbronn, there will be driving bans - without any ifs and buts.
This would affect certain routes in the city centre, including older diesel vehicles. However, Heilbronn is still desperately trying to avoid driving bans on the last few metres by means of packages of measures. In addition to air filter columns and a ban on trucks passing through, these measures include a PR campaign to make public transport more attractive and more user-friendly. However, should the projects mentioned above fail to bear fruit, the plan provides for an optional route-related traffic ban for vehicles (below the Euro 6 emissions standard) from February 2021.
